Noodles and Company

Ordered 2 different meals thru Door dash. The delivery was fairly quick but the food was all around horrible! My gf got the Japanese Pan Noodles she said they were very dry and bland. She also got a ceaser salad which was but right in the same bag with the hot food so now the salad it hot! Yuck!! I got the garlic chili ramen with Korean sweet and spicy meatballs. The meatballs tasted like the frozen banquet ones that are in the bag at the grocery store yuck! And the whole meal was trash! You would think with a name like Noodle & Company it would good but quickly we learned! Stay Blessed

Just had my very 1st experience with Noodle and Company and I must say I was not disappointed. The place was clean, the inside temperature was perfect, the staff was friendly, quick and helpful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place. I also like that they offer 2 sizes for their bowls. The smaller portion was big enough for me and filling. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were excited to try this place out. When we walked in, it smelled like an old motel restaurant. Not sure how else to explain it other than it immediately turned me off to the place. We went to the counter to order and the manager and 3 other employees were standing at the counter and didn't acknowledge us or say hi, we will be with you in just a few. No one else did either from the rest of the crew that definitely saw us standing there. We politely waited, we're eventually acknowledged and our order was taken. While the order was being given, the manager was not paying attention to us but rather to whatever they were doing on the side and they placed the wrong order, then took at least twice or three times as long to get the correct item ordered. Meatballs are frozen with some topping on them. Not worth it. Food was bland and you'd be better off going to Fresh Kitchen for real flavor. Will not be returning.

I Ordered three entries, a side of garlic bread and three drinks. Came to $60.00.Asked to have my N and C rewards app scanned for credit on the meals. Counter person said it was not possible. He said rewards account had to be scanned/entered before he rings it up and he had finished ringing it up. We asked him to void the purchase and re-enter the food purchase with the rewards account scanned. He said it was impossible because there was Absolutely no refunds and showed me a clipboard. TOold us that if we had a problem to contact the Manager but that he was not there. This was at the counter at the same time we placed the order. We didnt ask for a refund, just for him to enter the order with the rewards scanned. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Counter persons name was Sean. I have included a picture of the document on the clipboard which does not support his statement that there are absolutely no refunds. I am not saying Sean was rude (he was not) but I think he may have not been trained adequately on this.

My food came fresh and hot! I had the pan noodles and it was delicious! The only thing I would say is that I wish they gave me some kind of sauce, soy sauce even. I also had the rice krispy treat which was good and not too sweet. Whoever packed my order put a Hi with a big smiley face on my bag which I thought was nice touch!!! Will come into restaurant soon in person!!
